In order for your unit to work efficiently and quietly the filters need to be cleaned regularly and on some systems replaced regularly. Routine servicing will increase your system’s life span and ensure it is energy efficient. By servicing your equipment you’re maximising your investment.

If your climate control system requires a service then give us a call and we will schedule a convenient time for an engineer to come out to you. We will also maintain and service units not installed by us.

A typical service agreement includes (where applicable) the following:

• Check operation of the system in both heating and cooling mode
• Check operation of remote control
• Clean air filters
• Clean condensate pump
• Test drainage system
• Check pipe work and insulation
• Inspect and clean indoor and outdoor heat exchangers (coils)
• Check electrical connections
• Check all covers are secure
• Check air flow and temperature differentials across the coils
• Check supply voltages and running currents are to the required specifications
